Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing iof credit card

I discovered an entry on my credit card statement by AP9 Business Max in which I had been charged $13.95 and realized it had been deducted monthly for 11 months against my wishes. Apparently after ordering some "free" business cards last year - I had either failed to uncheck some box or declined to complete a survey and - by default - agreed to membership in some purchasing program from whom I have received no communication or notification of any kind about the services I had supposedly purchased. We called the phone number on our credit card statement and went from talking to customer service rep who answered the phone to the supervisor. When we made it plain we did NOT order or desire the service and viewed the charges as fraudulent - and also appealed to his sense of honor and integrity - saying "I'm sure you would not intentionally want to ripoff a senior citizen on a fixed income" - he actually agreed to reimburse all monthly charges - $13.95 times 11 months. We just viewed our statement showing these charges have actually been credited to our account. I have seen multiple reports on this site about the horrible ripoff that Vista Print and Business Max are doing to people so I hope our success will help others get their money back - as well as spread the word about these companies.
Thank you.
