I tried MyMusicInc.com for downloading music. It worked for two months, then nothing. I did all the stuff to fix the problem as recommended by the FAQ pageturn off fire-wall, reinstall program, etc.). No Luck!!! Then I started emailing their tech support.
I always got an immediate response via "canned" email... You know, the standard auto response of "thank you for contacting tech support with your problem, you should be contacted with 48 hours. Yeah, right!!! Twenty-one emails and all I have to show for it is tired fingers and twenty-one "canned" responses. They guys really sucks.
They are a rip-off. Use the search on consumer complaints and search for MyMusicInc.com and you can see just how manyy people are pissed at them. And remember, that is just the people that felt the need to make a report. I'm sure there are thousands more that have decided to to just cut their losses and move on.
