I responded to their FREE offer to start an internet business. Their FREE offer asked for $1.95 S&H by Credit Card.
Called to cancel on Sept. 26. They offered a free one month, since "they could not refund the $49.95 they had charged to my card."
I told them that I was disabled and could NOT afford $4.95 per month and that I was NOT interested in their FREE month."
The CSR let me to believe that they had canceled, as per my request. So they did not charge me on Oct. 14.
I expected that to be the end, never realizing that my account would be charged again in November, December, January, and February!
Their last charge over-drafted my account—costing me $29!
My call today, Feb. 26, resulted in a half () hr. Of arguing and NO willingness to correct the loss or even to connect me with a supervisor.
When supervisor JM finally answered, he only offered to cancel the account with conf.#1296427, but NO refund.
