Unauthorized Charge to Bank Acct of $99.41

This company came up on my Checking Account Statement with a Charge of $99.41. I have no clue where this came from or how they got my bank information. I really hope that this company would get some sort of action filed aganst it, myself being a active duty military, I have no time to deal with this retarted behavior.
