I signed and paid for a lock rate, had the appraisal done and waited.
I called them daily and finally got the loan processor and she told me that my loan was returned to no fault of mine, the loan officer changed that terms.
They turned my loan down and would not give me my lock rate.
I requested to get the release of my appraisal at least and they refuse, I spoke to Ryan Shangha who is the supervisor in charge and he emailed me (which I kept a copy) and said that the $600.00 was NOT for the appraisal but for the "Lock Rate" which I did not get and they still refuse to refund my lock rate fee.
They are a total rip off.
