Released from most so far but only because of jail over crowding and not many prior convictions.
Possible pending suits (multiple parties, civil and criminal):
ALLEGED: Assault, Spousal Abuse, Slander, Deadbeat Father/not paying child support, Lying to Law Enforcement resulting in false arrest and jailing of innocent person, vandalism, theft, non-disclosure of (estranged) marriage while planning marriage with other (s), verbal agreements to pay rent/loans/etc. Up to $20,000 worth of money allegedly owed to others, additional driving w / suspended license, illegal substance abuse/re-selling.
Believed to have possible mental illness and/or strong narcotic abuse binges. Has lived on streets/squatted several times.
