This company debit my checking acct. 2 times in the amount of $49.95ea. They send me 2 refund checks, however they put a chgback on 1 of them, causing my bank acct. To go in the negative.
I'm disable, i can't afford this. I want the $49.95 back plus nsf charges paid, they got my personal info. From a payday loan site as i was trying to get a small loan, so i could give my grandkids alittle christmas. The bank is very understanding. Can someone me, get my money back? This has caused me alot of greif and anxity, i only get pd. Once a month.
