I entered a poems in their online poetry contest. They sent me a letter telling me that my poem was chosen to be published in their coffee table edition book. I chose to purchase one of the books. With a money back guarantee of course.
I sent in partial payment, waited to hear from them when the book was completed. I recieved 4 harrassing letters telling me to send the rest of the money or I would forfeit my deposit, would not recieve my book, and my account would be sent to a credit collection agency.
I sent the remaining balance. I did not hear from them for 2 weeks. When I called they told me it would take 2 months for them to mail the book to me. (Third Class Mail)
When I called back to check I was told two different shipping dates and they would not fax me a shipping conformation.
I was charged $8.00 for shipping. When I recieve the book it was novel size. I paid $4.00 it was returned in 5 days. Now I have to wait 7-10 days for them to post my money back into my account.
