I was checking my account on line and noticed a debit for $49.95 made on 11/14/06. After calling the phone number listed, I could not reach anyone to ask what this debit was for. After listening to how the operator answered the call with 'Smart Net Development' I entered this name as a web site and pulled up my answer.
As you probably can assume, I am not a happy camper. I can not afford for some loser company ripping me off. I would appreciate my account credited immediately or any help with this sad situation.
Someone needs to put a stop to companies saying their product is free and then you have to go through time consuming nonsense when they take advantage of your hard earned money.
I am not in favor of the lentiginous society we live in, but in this case, I will be hiring an attorney.
