I ordered one set of knives and they sent me one free (as per their ad) they charged me for the free item's shipping!

I ordered one set of knives and per their ad I get a 2nd one free - they charged me shipping for the free set and said I could return it within 30 days HOWEVER they will NoT remburse me the original shipping charges plus I have to pay shipping back shipping charges were 39.95 and I would have to pay 18.00 to ship it back and NOT be refunded for the 39.95 original shipping. This is false and misleading advertising
