They are sending me a bill, for the past six months or so. I do not have an account, they are not my long distance carrier. I do not have a verbal agreement or written agreement with them. Now they are threatening to report me to the credit bureau

They are sending me a bill. I do not have an account with them. They are threatening to send me to credit bureau. I see other people on ripoffs with the same problem. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Comm, but they will not stop harrassing me, by mail and phone. They are not my long distance or phone carrier or cell phone carrier. I dont know where they came from.
