Took a ACH out of my account for $49.95 without my approval ripoff

I have been getting mail from these org. With out my approval and they sending me they approval letter and did not signed anything with them to take money of my accout. They are costing me money that I do not have, I only get a monthly check, I am on a benefit plan.
