In September I applied for a loan with cash net usa of the amount of $250.00.in october I was charged a fee of $139.00 activation for a credit card (platinum benefit group) that I did not authorize. When I noticed I was being charged for something that I did not agree to I immediately contacted the customer service number to stop all transations. I was told that they were going to stop taking the $139.00 in my account. I was never informed about another fee that would be charged to my account of$9.00 for a voice mail that I did not need. None the less I was charged for $9.00 out of my account when funds where not availible and also again not authorized.
When I contacted them about my account being over drawn Chris (employee number 156) refused to give proper customer service when I was obviously upset about my account being overdrawn for somethng I did not want. If I had known about credit cards and voice mails as an addtion to my loan prior to these issues. I would have chosen another lender with less hassels of my money. I did go through my contract and could not see anything atsting that if I applied for a loan I would be obligated to you other companies beside cash net usa.
My account is still over drawn and now I am more in the hole than before I got this loan with all of these hidden fees and hidden agreements
