JD Marvel Products ripoff cashed check for super ear for $13.90 Apr 29 no merchandise delivered consumer fraud ripoff Champlain New York

Ordered the super mini ear by mail and check on the 22nd of April from J. D Marvel Products. The check enclosed was cashed on the 29th of April. At Banker's Trust in New York.

It is now the 19th of June and no merchandise has arrived.
Check #3666 on People's bank account in the amount of $13.90. Ad appeared in our local Portland Sunday paper.
