Collectibles2sell, Auction Now Collectibles2sell cashed my check and did not send the coins I won on Ebay Ripoff

I won three coins on ebay that Collectibles2sell advertised.

Sent a check for $118.85 which was cashed and have not recieved the coins that were indicted in an email as being sent.
