My one year contract was up on Oct 10. I sent a written letter to claim refund due to no performance on there part. The letter could not be delivered by UPS with the reason given: "THE RECEIVER HAS MOVED". Their phone lines seem to be disconnected.
The only written contact from them was a Christmas card in and a letter from Randy Hicks dated July 14 delivered to my business on September 13 sent via FedEx standard overnight mail. The letter offered to renew the Agreement for another year.
I was lead to believe in Oct that they had many qualified buyers that might be interested in a business like ours. There was not one buyer referred. I guess I am just out $7500!
I signed on with a different organization in May and have had several referrals and one still active.
