I visited their website (possible spam?) on occassion a while back, I may have joined the club for the initial amount of $1.87 on June 19 '06, it was a while back and the process is unclear. They have since then billed my credit card an amount of $39.95 on July 10; an amount of $19.95 on August 08; another $19.95 on September 10; and another $19.95 this month, October 07 '06.
I am single with no other household members at all. I have at no time authorized any charges by them to my credit card, other than possibly the first amount of $1.87. The total now stands at $101.67. I don't remember even giving out my credit card number nor even joining the club, I don't believe I did.
I had not been checking each item on my card statement until now, usually just a quick perusal. I have learned my lesson, and hope I can get the money back. I was wondering why my card always seemed to have less money available than I planned on. I guess one pays for sloppy bookkeeping, I must be the type of mark they look for.

If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away.in this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge.in rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.
Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure they make the consumer complaints. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.
