I signed a contract with the amendment in it said if business failed I can terminate the contract. But I never received the copy of the contract and I was so busy running the business at the time forgot about the copy. My business only last two and half year that I have to closed the business even then the company still electronically withdrawal from my bank account. I sent them back the terminal after the sales person refused to pick it up.
But now year and half later the company still ask for the money over $660, and the machine. I may need to talk to lawyer about this Northern Leasing Inc.
