Ripoff to verify his winnings they say he has won, cant accept credit card At This Time and require another Credit Card Num. Keeps getting mail regarding his big 3 wins, no response to emails, cancelled subs but still getting mail hes won 3x

I am advocating for my friend in India because he does not understand why he keeps getting emails from this company that he has won 3 money prizes and is unable to claim them.

I went on-line to do it for him as he requested. There was no way I could Validate or Confirm his winnings without making another purchase for the daily lotto. So we decided to do as they requested and entered his Visa card number. It would not accept the card "At This Time" is the message that came up and to "Enter another Credit Card Number"

I have been in consultation with my friend to cancel his credit card.

I have read the rules and regulations of this site and they state there is a 30 day Claim period and he forfeits any winnings if he doesnt claim within the 30 day period. My friend won the so-called money over 2 months ago and he is still receiving mail stating he is a winner.

Sound like a scam, yup I think so. I have written to the site itself and they promised a response within 24-48 hours. I doubt if i'll hear anything but will log on back here tuesday the 3rd to let others know if i get a response or not.
