Fidelity ATM, Fidelity Bankcard This Company Is A Scam They Use Singers, They Lie, They'll Rip You Off If You Haven't Been Already company is owned on paper by Adam L. Steinberg, the real owner is Andrew B. Steinberg, a convicted felon

Firstly, anyone who has purchased a so called 'opportunity' from this company HAS recourse! If you have purchased an ATM package or anything what-so-ever, know that you are not alone and it is integral you post the events surrounding your ripoff, your purchase and be specific.

There is reason to believe this company has defrauded a tremendous number of people out of millions of dollars and the new company, Fidelity Bankcard is at it now too.

Facts: While the company is owned on paper by one Adam L. Steinberg, the real owner is Andrew B. Steinberg, a convicted felon who did approximately two years at Coleman Federal Correctional and another prision in Miami. Andrew B. Steinberg has been charged, in his life with over 23 felonies and numerous misdemeanors and is a true con artist well crafted in his skill.

Adam L. Steinberg, at the time this company was set up had zero business experience save working at a Subway Sandwich shop and being a Janitor at a VA Center. He was in college, some of the time anyway while he was this supposedly bigshot Mr. Steinberg. The UFOC obviously couldn't be in A Steinberg's name with his criminal and long criminal history. Feel free to hire a private investigator to research A Steinberg and be sure to look at the arrest in Miami Beach.

So what is the scam right? Firstly, it has come to our attention that they use a singer in the state of Texas. A singer is a person they tell you to call or wait for you to ask to speak somebody in the business and under their company or who bought a package/program. Then this guy sings! He tells you how great it is, he's been in for a long time, etc. All to close you on the sale and get you to wire or pay for a deal. All BS!

This is illegal, fraud and you must contact ftc.org ftc. Gov and report this ASAP! This person can easily receive a supeona as Fidelity's records and computers.

Ask these crucial questions and record the call or get the answers in writing. This goes for people who are already victims and those just looking at this sham deal.

1. How many distributors have you added since inception of your company?

2. How many of those people make over $1000 per month, $2000 per month, $4,000 per month?

3. How many people have you added that made over $50K a year every, did you every have one make over $100K

4. Ask this company to provide you with a current list of all their distributors/buyers and their telephone numbers and get together! Power is in numbers be assured and you are not alone. They were supposed to do this and an exhibit in your UFOC should have all this info. Call them all and see who is happy and who isn't. You will be shocked!

5. Ask the company, get it in writing how many people work for now and have worked for the company that have FELONY histories? You'll be shocked!!!

This is just the begining but all be advised, more information is to come. If you feel you have been scammed then contact the following agencies:

1. The Florida Dept. Of Agriculture -Dept. Of Proffessional Regulations and go through the entire complaint process.

2. The Federal Trade Commission. They take some time as they look for trends and patterns but, it has come to my attention via one person who contacted me that the FTC has some knowledge of this company now and an investigation may be underway already.
3. Contact both the State of Florida Consumer Fraud and your local County's Consumer Fraud Division.

Nothing happens over night but be throughough in your complaints. Also be sure to study the business opportunity acts in the the State of Fl and the FTC.

There are already seven people I am in communication with about these companies. Don't be a victim, be educated.

If you ever had any dealings with this company in the negative, no matter how small, post it!
