Mserve, e-pro auction and tek-meds this company is robbing people blind how are they in business?

On 7/26/06 I signed up for a 14-day trail offer for stockproinvestorskit.com. When I signed up, I agreed to the terms that if I did not call to cancel within 14 days, my debit card would be billed in the amount of $49.95.

When I called on August 9th, and spoke with Cyrill (employee ID 0504655) I explained that I wanted to cancel, and expressed my frustration due to the fact that the funds had already been taken from my bank account. Although $50 is not much, I am a single mother and it almost made my account overdrawn. For this reason, I had made a point to cancel before this occured. Anyhow, Cyrill told me the refund would take up to four days, and verified that the refund request was processed.

On August 22nd, after receiving no refund, I called again (888-852-1911) and spoke with Pam (ID 0504060). She stated that I misunderstood the information provided by Cyrill, and that the refund took 14 days to process. I requested to speak with a manager, and was told there was no one else I could speak with; she hung up on me when I became insistant on having a resolution.

On August 23rd, I called back and spoke with Karen (ID 0504326) and she said that I had to wait fourteen BUSINESS days before the refund would be processed. She told me to "rest assured, this will be done." She verified that their system had reference to all of my previous calls, and told me she would escalate my case to their corporate office. I asked for a phone number to this corporate office, and she said it was 'confidential information.'

On September 5th, I called yet again-almost a full month since my initial call on the 9th. This time I spoke with Cyrill again, and he said he recalled talking to me before, and that he had escalated my refund personally, "it was being processed." I was very angry at this point, reminding him that he had told me it would take FOUR DAYS, and it had been almost a month. I requested a mailing address for the corporate office, and told him I was going to send a certified letter regarding the matter. He refused to provide any contact information, stating that the address was also confidential information.

September 15th, I called AGAIN... Spoke with Pam AGAIN. After the same bs as before, assuring that my refund was in process, I haggled with her long enough that she miraculously produced a 'Supervisor' for me to speak with. She transferred me to Kaiser (ID 0504361) who told me he was escalating my case (FOR THE THIRD TIME) to corporate. I told him I would call back every business day until this was resolved since they could not provide a different phone number, or address.

As of today, I have seen no action taken. Upon plugging their phone number into google, I came across several complaints similar to my own, and it made me sick that these people are allowed to stay in business.
