Ive just read all off the other people having problems with this company and i felt i had to say ive had a lil of all of them. I tried to reach them for a good 2 months to cancel the phone service because of bad billing, not charging what was promised and also the reception. To no avail would i get an answer. Then finaly i got thru to punch in my acct number then it would say they were sorry they are upgrading. Then after that i wrote a threat letter on email and got a response well they didi half right they stopped service in one phone not both then i call over 40 min on hold asked for a copy of all bills from begining to end and noe a year later never recieved. They are stupid people and rude just like everyone else is saying but you know what they are costing people money they shouldnt be allowed to i feel because of all thier systems down i should have not been charged with those 3 months when i didnt use the phone because i wanted that service stopped. I started recieving bills the last one i got never credited the account for one payment it also said DO NOT PAY THIS BILL this is the 2nd of 3 bills only pay the final bill. So i was waiting for that to come and low and behold now they have me in collections with northland whom i called and that guy was more rude and arogant than anyone at worldcom. So then oi call world com and they tell me to pay or else because apparently the last bill was lost in the mail "YEA RIGHT" I THINK A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT SHOULD BE FILED BY ALL OF US AND SHUT THEM SCAM ARTIST DOWN"
