On Novemeber 10 (03:46: 33) $85 was taken of out my Visa for Foot Braces sent by Alex Y.C. Chiu. Unfortunately, the foot braces were too large for my feet so I returned them on January 18. Immortality Devices Inc. Clearly states on the website that their policy allows for 90 day returns. The post office released the box of un-used foot braces to this company on January 20 with a US PS FORM 153.
To be fair I requested, by a letter enclosed in the return box, an exchange for the foot braces so it was a "win" "win" transaction for both of us. I, at that time, exchanged/ordered the following: American Ginseng ($29) 200 Green Tea Bags ($15.99) and 1 Ionic Air Purifier ($37). These products total $81.99. I also, to be fair, enclosed a personal check for $12 to cover any additional postage fees and that check was posted to my account on March 23.
After several calls and e-mails to Alex Chiu, he cashed my check and did nothing with the money in my favor. Still no products! On April 12Th I sent another letter to Alex explaining that I would understand if he no longer carries the above products so to please just send me a refund. Whenever I talk with him on the phone, he knows who I am and always says everything will be taken care of. I've trusted Alex too many times. Since this has all taken place, my mother died in my arms May 4. We've had a lot of family issues concerning her sudden death and Alex Chiu was put on the back burner. At this point I've come to the conclusion that Alex Chiu is not interested in cleaning this matter up and probably thinks I'm just going to "forget" that he has my $97 and I have nothing.
Alex Chiu has promised and assured me that I will get what he offers. Today is June 26Th and still Alex Chiu has not sent me the exchanges requested nor my refund. I know I have been fair with Alex and he is sitting back and enjoying my $97 free and clear while I'm sitting here with nothing. He is not a fair businessman. I have read many enteries on the internet claming the same sort of theivery to his other customers. I can't afford to just give $97 away for nothing. $97 may not be a lot of money for many people, but it's a lot of money to me. I feel cheated, I feel taken advantage of and I feel wronged. Alex Chiu doesn't deserve to take money from me for no apparent reason!
