Ripoff wants fee $30.00 to help with admin cost

I also just received a letter of Grant Confirmation, in the letter is the same as everyone else. Also from Jacqueline De Monaco. It does sound so good, there is nothing saying how much the so called grant is. People beware!!! I can see how people may send $30.00 to help with the administrative cost. $30.00 from thousands of people is a whole lot of free money. Don't be fooled.
