NovaPointe -Lean RX—Hoodia Rip-OFF on debit card 10-months after cancelling any orders for products from this company

I ordered the free 7-day trial of Hootia for weight loss. It did not work and I called and cancelled any further shipments or billings. After 10 months the company NovaPointe, LLC debited my bank account for $79.95 for some product they sale (I didn't order whatever it was). I called to find out about it and got the same messages everyone else has been getting "Someone will be with you in a moment" waited 2-minutes and message came on for me to comfirm my phone number and leave a short message and someone would call me back. I have repeated this call several times and left messages each time but no one calls me back.
