I ordered the free sample of LeanLifePM and paid postage. Before the first shipment was to follow, I wrote the company and requested the order to be canceled, with the explanation that it wasn't what I expected and did not work.
In intervals, my chosen card for payment of the above shipment charges, has been charged different amounts over several months.
These charges were not authorized by me nor have I received any product/s after being charged.
I made a personal appearance at my bank and requested the Federal Regulation E Form. The banks aren't very helpful but I will get this resolved. If necessary, I will contact the media regarding the proceedures of trying to get all my monies credited back to my account as well as about the LeanLifePM/HoodiaBurn company. This is fraud. Thousands have already reported the same circumstance.
I have tried to find a telephone number for this company and have not been successful. The one number that I did have, no longer exist.
I am very aggrevated with the situation as I do not have money to "burn"!
Hopefully, with enough of us filing complaints, the company and it's scam artist will be prosecuted and we will get our monies returned to us.
