Also uses Gavin Rosemblatt as an alias. He is the property manager at the Red Rock Mansion.
He runs several scams claiming to be a web designer/landscaper/attorney and who knows what else.
He took money to file legal documents on my behalf - he never filed the documents and he forwarded all of my paperwork to the opposing party when I asked for my money back!
I have found 2 others that have been scammed by this loser - watch out!
