Ripoff, billed my bank account, $49.95 no information was recieved after payment cleared the bank or account information to purchase items

My bank account was debited for the membership price of $49.95. National Platinum has not contacted me or sent me any information on my account or items I would be able to purchase with my limit. I am unable to find out any information and I want my money refunded back to me.
