In need of money and looking for grant info I recieved a call from citzen service management. They said I was guaranteed a grant for $5,500. For the fee of $349.00. They even went as far as to make this in to two payments. Or so they said.
When the time came for the first payment the sure enough wasted no time in taking it from my acct, but they took the whole $349, not the half pay ment like they were suposed to do. Well I let that slide as well as gave them 8 weeks to send my paper work.
Never did get any paperwork, nothing so I called for a refund. I was told I would have to wait for a reship, got the reship confrmation number and all. After the reship I would have to file for a refund. I waited still nothing. I started this way back in the first of march, it is not the end of august. I have yet to see one piece of paper from them. I called and line was just busy now all it does is ring.
I hope they got shut down they are nothing but fakes and this does not help us little people who just want to get on our feet. I will find a way to get my refund, when you mess with the little people you mess with the wrong people.
