This company contacted me by phone, offered a service to find grants that i would be eligible for. For 297.00 dollars they would do an ongoing search to find me grants. Well its been over 5 months and they havent even sent me out their program package yet. Ive spoke with several people that work for this company and left several messages and they never seem to get back to me. I ask for them to cancel me and give me a refund and no reply, i keep leaving messages by phone.
This company is fradulent they gave me a contract number and told me a lady by the name of Micheall Thomas would be my grant specialist they said after I received my grant their services would help you to fill the paper work out. I was suppose to receive my packages 21 days after my 298.00 was deducted. The packages never arrived then someone told me another two weeks after that No one would answer the customer service number and today I called and now it says you're calling a number that can not be accessed through your calling area.
They just went in my account and totally got away with 298.00. I'm furious. I was trying to get help from the government to start getting back on my feet, since I am an single mother of 4. Grant Educational Resources seemed the place to get help in writing my grant. I have used my savings to get this great offer of an lifetime. This was costing more than I could afford. I needed help. This resource company offered an advisor to help with the grant information. The cost would be $298 and if I didn't get the grant, I would get my money back. Needless to say I never heard from them again neither did I get my refund back that i had requested many times with left messages and with a person that represented this company
