This company calls my parents' house at least 3x a day. They called my father a "retard" among other things. They also told him that they will continue to call the "retard" until the matter is resolved.
How is this legal? My father has NOTHING to do with my bills. I am a 31 yr old woman.
I do not want to deal with this company at all. I am willing to pay what I owe (if I actually do owe something) but not through a company that calls people names and hangs up on them. How childish and unprofessional!
