Ripoff cheats liars

I sent merchanise back to them, after I requested a RAC # to use. I packaged all materials up the way they said to.

It is now 4 months and I have not been credited with the return. I have heard every excuse from "the returns department is behind" to "we will check into it", etc. I keep Emailing them and they answer me but no action has been taken.

I tried getting a phone number but nothing is listed in directory assistance. It is getting frustrating not to even get an email from them now when I sent them one.
