It has been more than a year since I first placed my order with the company. After some time of waiting for my rebates with the "sent" status being on the website, I began to write emails.
Usually it would take them weeks to reply, and when they did, they urged me to be patient and assured me that my checks would come soon.
I continued to email them, giving them my phone number and address if they needed to contact me. After months of emailing (and even threats to sue) I still have not seen my check. The company won't even email me back any more.
This company cheated me out of $190. Don't be fooled! Urbanq.com is a RIP OFF.
