Chris morgan got in contact with me, over a payday loan i owed and ran the detective/investigator number on me. He said he needed to make a decision on putting a warrant on my drivers license. I told him i was work at the time and could not leave. Strange to me he did not ask me, if i could make a payment over the phone (debit, or credit card, etc). He wanted me to send a moneygram in the name of an person i do not know and not the name of the company i owed or the company he worked for.
He made threats of arrest. Now i gave him my number, not to my house, but my cell, because i was able to stall him off until the next day, in which he was supposed to give until 3pm. Stalling him off gave me a chance to check complaints on the net, possibly concerning him or the company he worked for and i found some things thanks to websites like this one and others like who are looking out for the consumer. I know i owe back on the loan, but the collection method is a violation.
Back to chris, well he did not give to 3pm the called early, of course by that time i had ammo and i used it. Usually when a person owes on a debt, they try not to stir the pot, well i went against that rule, you see i havebeen rippedoff before.
