Scammed me out of 1400.00 ripoff

On or around April 16. I was on the internet seeking a personal loan to help consolidate my debt. Appoximently 3 days later I receive a call at work for Charles Foster stating Fairfax Lending company will be able to lend me the 5000.00 I need to consolidate my debt, he ask for my fax number in which I gave to him and he fax me documents which looked so legitimate, he explained to me that there would be a collateral payment of 703.16 in order to secure the loan, in which I agreed to pay. He also explained that money would be available to me within 24 hours, after recepit of callateral payment. I informed him that I would not have the money for another 2 weeks and he told me that would be fine and I should contact him when I was ready to send the money.

Happy that I am finally able to get out of debt and make ends met for my family, after stuggleing for so long to keep my head above water, as a single parent. I wait the 2 weeks call Charles Foster back and let him know that I am ready to make my collateral payment. He tells me that he would have to call me back after contacting the private lender to find out who was working that day. After about 5 minutes or so he calls back to give me the Moneygram information as to where I am to send the money, Camrose, Alberta (Canada) to Karen Trice. I was to call him back with the reference # when I made my transaction, he informed me that my money would be deposited into my account on Monday being that it as a weekend involved. I was alright with that because I would finally be able to get some kind of relief (financially)

However on Monday morning I get a call from Gary Morgan of the Customer Servcie Department where apprently my file has been transfered telling me that the loan has been re-assessed and I now have to send another 700.00 in order to obtain a loan, I explained that I didn't have another 700.00 and I would need for them to send me my money back, but because I am so despert for this 5000.00 I called my friend and explain what was going on with the loan, I told him that I would have his money back by the following day no later than 5:00 because that was what was promised to me.

I called Gary Morgan back to let him know that I had the 700.00 dollars I again stupidly go to send another Moneygram to the same person in which I sent it before and now Fairfax Lending Service has 1400.00 dollars from me. At 5:00 the next day I get yet another call from Mr. Morgan, the loan agent has pulled out of the deal and they have a lawsuit against the company. They will like to find me another lending I told them I would need to call them back.

On Wednesday I call back to let them know that I decided to try another lender. Gary Morgan says we already found another lender for you, but the loan is for 10,000 dollar and you would need to send... At this point I said to Mr. Morgan that I have sent you 1400.00 that in my opinion is more that enough to secure any loan, from any company and I would need for you to refund me my money along with the cost to send you those Moneygram in which you told me you would reimburse. I was assured that on May 29 my money will be deposited into my bank account.

I called Fairfax at the 888 number in which I was given and now there is no 888 number, after searching the US 800 number I found out the the number for Fairfax is actually a Answering Service. I can't believe that I was so foolish, I am going to lose my home, my car, and everything else I have worked so hard to obtain, over so stupid scam, from so very heartless people.
