Thanks to everyone for their time and contributions to preventing me from getting scamed as well. I recently received the aforementioned booklet in the mail and read through it and it sounded to good to be true so I typed in Russ' name on google and found a plethora of information. NONE OF IT GOOD!!! So I have recently shredded the booklet and put as many of the shredded pieces in his postage paid envelope and sent it back on his dime. Mean but satisfying:.)
