Too bad I found this site after I got ripped off.
I have been awaiting my $200.00 rebates as many of you. I ordered my phone through a promotion from AAA. I am going to contact them concerning their loyalty to their customers.
I thought I was calling AAA, & instead got through to an Inphonics operator. I hit option#1. She thought I wanted to order a phone. I was irate & told her about the rebates & reading about all the dissatisfied customers. She stated that it takes sometimes up tp 3 mts. To get the rebate & that alot of those complaining haven't adhered to the resprictions on the rebates. She said that there are alot of people that did receive their rebates, (I'm so sure.
She gave me a new# to call but it is a recording of the problems about the rebates. The # is 1-866-607-9877. I also have afax# for the co. 480-606-4313. I never would have ordered the phone, if it wasn't presented through AAA.
