Ripoff wont answer phone

I tried calling and the hourds are a joke becuase they don't answer the phone and you can't leave a message.
They double bill on the so called free sample.
And the email address is no good for [email protected]
or [email protected] and they say it's so easy to cancel on the paperwork.
