My husband and I both received identical billings for the same amount today, June 24. The bills are from North Shore Agency, Inc. Out of Westbury Ny and are for $46.65 for past due invoices. I have a different last name from my husband, so this alerted us that something was wrong as we would not have both bought from Columbia house, and we have never ordered from them. We both receive several magazines in our respective names though. No one answers the phone, we just receive prompts to pay with a credit card. The payments are to go to OSI Recovery Solutions-NB1 PO Box 5602, Westbury, NY 11590-8902. This is an obvious attempt to extort money. We never received any requests from Columbia House for payment. I have emailed Columbia House also.
