We received a letter demanding payment for a magazine NOT ordered and NOT received under my husband's name ($12.00/House&Gardens) just like the other two reports indicated from Georgia and Hawaii.
I believe North Shore is hoping he'll pay to avoid the threat of "continued collection efforts". I am also concerned that his good credit rating may be affected.
I have reported them to NYS's Consumer Protection Board as I encourage others to do in their home states about this agency.
