Some time ago I ordered the "free" book and CD. I have called and cslled and e-mailed and e-mailed to get the charges reversed. It is one free per household. I complied with that. Yes, very very bad business. BUYERS beware. Do not purchase this as you will get charged $99.90 even though it says FREE. Yes, this is how Bruce Berman makes his money - what a sad state of affairs.
