Dan Heskett was selling a condo in Carrollton, TX and had it advertised in the Dallas Morning News. After speaking with him, we agreed to meet and discuss the purchase of the condo. He was asking for a $1250 down payment and I would take the note over. He brought paperwork to my place of employment that looked legit. I signed he took a cashier's check. He promised to have it painted and new carpet installed, but that never happened.
When it was time to move in, I couldn't find him and he wouldn't answer his phone. When I do call he will not answer the phone. Buyers Beware! I am a single parent who got ripped off by this predator. I will keep looking for him and I will smear his name anyway I can.
