Ripoff outlandish late fees

Payment due on this account is the 28th of each month.

I had one payment left on my account and paid $18.56 on February 16.

On my check for $18.56 I wrote the account number and PD.in FULL in the memo section of the check.

The check was mailed to Carol Stream, Illinois from Dayton, Ohio on the 16th of February and was held and deposited by HRS on March 3rd.

I was charged a late charge of $29.00 on March 1st along with a $. 15 charge for credit insurance on March 3rd and my $18.56 payment was posted on March 2nd. I have now received a new bill in the amount of $29.15, which I am not going to pay as I feel this is a rip-off!
