Filed a dispute for fraudulent charges. I was in hospital for 4 months. They tell me thay have reversed the charges but have not refunded any money (charges were paid 100 percent) still continue to deny me a credit limit increase based on activity while I was in hospital. No one from customer service can give me any information about the dispute other than the charges have been reversed and someone will get back to me. They also reported me late to all of the bureaus. If they had a hipaa release form like so many companies do they would see I was in a coma when these charges were made. I plan to get my money back from them and promptly cancel. They charge a fee for everything.
This is the worst card I've ever had.
