A bill showed up on my local phone bill for $16.30 billed by ILD Teleservices for services on behalf of SurSafe Internet!
NO one signed up for sursafe Internet services in my home, this I know for sure as I'm the only one who has a computer in our home and I Never gave them permission to bill me for such a service, until I found this web site I never even knew who ILD teleservices, or SurSafe Internet company was, How in today's world a company is allowed to place a charge on your personal phone bill without you knowledge is beyond my wildest thoughts, I believe the Local phone company should also help out in these situations as they are collecting payments for them and if you don't pay your bill its gets filed as overdue and late! Who knows maybe some of the phone companies out there today are getting kickbacks from some of these shady type businesses? Makes one think because of the absolute Negative HELP they all offer when a person is involved in something like this, telling you they cant do anything about the charges, you'll have to pay the bill blah blah blah, they can remove the charges if they want to until Positive Proof is shown that YOU requested the service in the first place but they WON'T. I tried calling ILD but as others have also found out their not open on the weekends, and now that I've found out about them with the help of this website I'll be looking forward to my call on Monday to them and I'll have both barrels loaded and ready for them.
