I have decided to call my lawyer only if I get enough e-mail replies to take further action on EDP reporting.
His name is Jack Cohane out of Fairfield, CT.
He's the best lawyer I've have yet to come across. Please don't contact him, that's all he needs is hundreds of people calling for the same reason.
If you all are intrested, I just want to get the names and phone numbers along with a brief description of your "ripoff experience" sent to my personal e-mail. I will then print them all after a couple weeks - hopefully I'll get lots of responses and we can all go after them together. I will keep in touch by group e-mail with everyone who sends me an e-mail on the situation-that is if I get enough e-mails. ONE e-mail per person please.
I'm not expecting to get my money back and I hope the rest of you aren't as well. Please do not e-mail me expecting your money to be returned. I know you are all good people and my main objective is to discipline the bad people and put a stop to what they are conducting. I can't believe that they aren't all already arrested. Anyhow, we can make this work, we could very well get our $159 back but let's not count our chickens.
