This company has been scamming people for $40 per call over the internet. If this fraudulently shows up on your phone bill, call the number on your bill (probably a billing resource that claims to be billing on behalf of Information Services) and demand that this charge was fraudulently charged to your phone bill. The person assisting you WILL offer to reduce the charge by 50%. DO NOT ACCEPT THIS!!! Explain that you will seek legal action if 100% of this charge is not removed from your phone bill. The person will then say that they have to get more information from you and will take the charges off your bill over the next two billing cycles.
