I also had a representative name Ebony call my home and offer this "exclusive" offer for a $500 loan that was approved and the credit plus rewards card.
After the three way between Ebony, her supervisor and me. I decided that the offer was too good to be true and I told Ebony that I had questions and I want to cancel the offer. She said Ok, put me on hold or so I thought. I soon realized she hung up.
I tried calling back, using the 800 number and was on hold from 7:21pm until 8:01 pm and no answer. I sent e-mails asking to cancel the offer and do not remove any funds. No reply.
Before I knew it, I checked my account and noticed that a sum of $129.95 was removed from my account and automatically knew it was credit plus rewards. I filed a waiver with the bank.
Over time I sent a numerous amount of e-mails and phones call messages. Until this very day I have received no answer and now I am out of $129.95.
For anyone looking to do business with this particular company, or any for that matter. Use extreme caution. Get addresses, phone numbers, heck if you have to get there (rep's) phone number.
