We purchased a product from asseenontv.com and when it arrived found it to be of poor quality and not as advertised. My wife emailed and received a return authorization in early February. The product was returned with the authorization number on February 17 and to date (April 30) we have not received the requested credit charge back on the credit card used for the initial transaction.
All attempts to contact this company either by phone or email go unanswered. When attempting to call them on the phone all of their customer service reps are always (been calling daily for 3 weeks) "busy".
