I bought magazines ($50) from Book Net LTD. Nov. 30. I called to cancel my subscription, I only got voice mail, never a real person. I wrote to to them several times, with no response. I reported them to BBB. Book Net sent BBB practially the same thing as my order form, said my magazine order has been sent for processing. I told BBB i was not happy with the response, and have not heard anything more from them either.in Feb. 2002 I received a card from Book Net saying they need a copy of my cancelled check and order form so they could respond Promptly to my request. I still have not heard from them and my magazines where never sent either! I have found by serching online they have 2 other so called business in Laguna Hills and Mission Viejo, CA
